Written in your words, area by area

Each area opens with a line in your words and a photograph, from the street outside your door to the far side of the city.

  • Filters for restaurants, bars, coffee and shops
An address in the concierge, with Open in Maps and Book via the hotel

One tap

Open in Maps, or ask the hotel

Every address opens the place’s own page in Google or Apple Maps, and a guest who wants a table asks your reception to book.

The walk through Gemmayzeh and Mar Mikhael, which passes places in the address book

Linked to the walks

Your favourite table is also a stop on a walk

Where one of the walks passes a place you recommend, the guide links the two, so your list and the city lead guests to the same doors.

Questions

About the concierge

Do we have to write the address book ourselves?

We build it from the list you already hand to guests, whether that is the leaflet in your rooms or the notes kept at reception, and you approve it before it goes live.

Can we add places later?

Send them to us whenever you like, and they are on the map within 48 hours.

Which maps app does it open?

Google Maps or Apple Maps, on the place’s own page, so guests see its opening hours and its photographs.

Your name on it the day you sign

A 20-minute visit is enough to see Flâne on your own phone, and your guide can be switched on the same day.
