Who we are

Flâne is published by C. Boustany House, Limassol, Cyprus. You reach us at hello@getflane.com.

This website

This website sets no cookies, asks for no account and loads nothing from advertising or analytics companies. Its pages, fonts and paintings come from our own address, and some photographs of Paris and Beirut come from Wikimedia Commons, whose servers see your IP address and the picture requested, as with any page that shows a picture.

The site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, with the IP address, the browser and the time. We use them only for security and to keep the site running.

When you write to us

The buttons on this site open your own email or WhatsApp. We use what you send us to answer you and to arrange a visit to your hotel, and we keep it for as long as we are in touch.

The guide in the rooms

Guests open the guide from the card in their room, without an account and without giving personal details. The guide has a privacy notice of its own, which every guest finds in its settings.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@getflane.com and we will answer within a month.
